# ضد القمع بكل أشكالهتضامنًا مع منصتي درج وميجافون

في خضم الحملة المنسقة التي تستهدف وسائل الإعلام اللبنانية المستقلة درج وميجافون فإننا، مجموعة منظمات المجتمع المدني والإعلامية من لبنان والعالم الموقعة أدناه، نتشارك التعبيرعن تضامننا في مواجهة مساعي تكميم هذه الأصوات الرائدة. وندعو السلطات اللبنانية المعنية إلى اتخاذ إجراءات صريحة للتصدي لهذه الأفعال التشهيرية والمقلقة. في وقت سابق من هذا الشهر، علمت منصتي درج وميجافون من خلال مقال نشرته قناة (MTV) التلفزيونية اللبنانية بشأن [شكوى](https://www.occrp.org/en/news/silencing-the-media-journalists-face-legal-action-after-bank-expose) [قانونية](https://www.occrp.org/en/news/silencing-the-media-journalists-face-legal-action-after-bank-expose) ضدهما أمام مكتب المدعي العام. وهي شكوى لم تتلق درج وميجافون إشعارًا رسميًا بها ولم يتم تسليمها إليهما حتى الآن. وحسب التقارير، اتهمت الشكوى المؤسسات الإعلامية المستقلة بـ؛ تقويض الوضع المالي للدولة، و زعزعة الثقة في قوة العملة الوطنية والسندات الحكومية، وتحريض المودعين على سحب أموالهم وبيع السندات، وتلقي أموال أجنبية مشبوهة مقابل شن حملات إعلامية تهدف إلى زعزعة الثقة في لبنان. يأتي هذا الاستهداف لدرج وميجافون بالتزامن مع حملة تشهير بالمؤسستين الإعلاميتين المستقلتين من قبل وسائل إعلام ومواقع إلكترونية وشخصيات مرتبطة بالمصرفي اللبناني [أنطون](https://daraj.media/en/why-are-antoun-sehnaouis-media-arms-targeting-daraj/) [مشابهة](https://x.com/MegaphoneNewsEN/status/1900640034761384215) حديثة استهدفت اقتصاديين لبنانيين طرحوا مقترحات من شأنها تهديد [جماعة](https://today.lorientlejour.com/article/1450608/five-years-after-the-start-of-the-crisis-in-lebanon-the-banking-lobby-remains-an-unshakeable-bastion.html) استهدفت [حملة](https://today.lorientlejour.com/article/1447171/sibylle-rizk-the-campaign-against-kulluna-irada-actually-targets-nawaf-salam.html) [تشويه](https://today.lorientlejour.com/article/1447171/sibylle-rizk-the-campaign-against-kulluna-irada-actually-targets-nawaf-salam.html) [إعلامية](https://today.lorientlejour.com/article/1447171/sibylle-rizk-the-campaign-against-kulluna-irada-actually-targets-nawaf-salam.html) [مماثلة](https://today.lorientlejour.com/article/1447171/sibylle-rizk-the-campaign-against-kulluna-irada-actually-targets-nawaf-salam.html) تقودها منظمات تابعة لصحناوي أيضاً مجموعة المناصرة اللبنانية «كلنا إرادة»عقب مطالبتهم بالمساءلة فيما يتعلق بسرقة أموال الشعب بعد الأزمة المالية اللبنانية عام 2019. منذ اندلاع الأزمة المالية اللبنانية عام 2019، أنتجت درج وميجافون أخبارًا وتقارير تحقق في سوء الإدارة المالية والفساد وغسيل الأموال، بما في ذلك تحقيقات حاسمة أسفرت عن دعاوى محاسبة دولية متعددة [قضائية](https://www.occrp.org/en/news/silencing-the-media-journalists-face-legal-action-after-bank-expose) مشابهة. يمر لبنان بلحظة حرجة؛ إذ [تنخرط](https://www.reuters.com/world/middle-east/lebanese-government-seek-new-imf-programme-policy-statement-says-2025-02-18/) الحكومة اللبنانية الجديدة مع صندوق النقد الدولي والبنك الدولي لدعم إعادة إعمار البلاد والانتعاش الاقتصادي، فيما تستعد البلاد [لانتخاب](https://www.reuters.com/world/middle-east/us-weighing-lebanons-next-central-bank-chief-sources-say-2025-03-16/) محافظ جديد للبنك المركزي. وبدلًا من العمل على تحقيق الإصلاح المالي والاقتصادي الذي يشتد احتياج البلد وشعبه إليه، تعمل جمعية مصارف لبنان على [خطط](https://today.lorientlejour.com/article/1450986/bank-resolution-should-all-lebanese-bear-the-losses-of-a-minority.html) [إعادة](https://today.lorientlejour.com/article/1450986/bank-resolution-should-all-lebanese-bear-the-losses-of-a-minority.html) [هيكلة](https://today.lorientlejour.com/article/1450986/bank-resolution-should-all-lebanese-bear-the-losses-of-a-minority.html) تهدف لنقل عبء سداد أموال المودعين إلى الحكومة، بعيدًا عن البنوك، ويستغلون تقارير درج وميجافون في ذلك. نحن الموقعون، ندعو السلطات اللبنانية المعنية، تحديدًا النيابات العامة والسلطات القضائية، ورئيس الوزراء، ووزيري العدل والإعلام، والرئيس، إلى حماية وسائل الإعلام المستقلة ومساندة النهوض الاقتصادي للبلد من خلال:

- وقف توظيف التهم الباطلة كسلاح لتكميم أصوات المؤسسات الإعلامية الحرة، ومنع إحالة القضايا التي تشمل وسائل الإعلام والصحفيين إلى المحاكم الجنائية.
- التحقيق مع الكيانات التي تستخدم أدوات الدولة كسلاح لإسكات وسائل الإعلام المستقلة من خلال ترهيبهم بال[دعاوى](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Strategic_lawsuit_against_public_participation) [القضائية](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Strategic_lawsuit_against_public_participation).
- ضمان بيئة عمل حرة للإعلام وحرية التعبير بما يتماشى مع التزامات لبنان الدستورية والدولية.
- إقرار الإصلاحات الضرورية بشأن تنظيم الإعلام وضمان رقابة الدولة على تمويل الإعلام لمنع تضارب المصالح وسيطرة مرتكبي الجرائم المالية على الإعلام.
- المضي في إصلاحات اقتصادية جوهرية تحاسب المتورطين في التجاوزات المالية وتنتشل البلاد من الأزمة الاقتصادية.
