The Cairo Institute for Human Rights Studies sent a memo to Prime Minister Essam Sharaf, Deputy Prime Minister Yehya al-Gamal, and Minister of Justice Mohammed Abd al-Aziz al-Gindi asking the cabinet to withdraw the proposed unified law for houses of worship.
