يجب إلغاء الحظر غير القانوني على حق اللجوء في اليونان

تدين منظمات المجتمع المدني الموقّعة أدناه، القرار التشريعي غير القانوني وغير المقبول الذي أقره البرلمان اليوناني يوم الجمعة الموافق 11 يوليو 2025، والذي ينص على تعليق طلبات اللجوء من جانب الأشخاص الوافدين إلى البلاد من شمال إفريقيا لمدة 3 أشهر، ويقضي بترحيلهم الفوري من البلاد دون تمكينهم من التسجيل.

وتشدد المنظمات على أن حق اللجوء والحماية من الإعادة القسرية هما مبدآن أساسيان لا يقبلان أي تقييد. يستند هذا التأكيد إلى القانون الدولي وقانون الاتحاد الأوروبي، اللذان يسموان على التشريعات الوطنية، وتكون لهما الأولوية على أي نص قانوني وطني. وقد أيّدت هذه الرؤية هيئات ومؤسسات مرموقة محليًا ودوليًا، بما في ذلك أمين المظالم اليوناني، والمفوضية الوطنية لحقوق الإنسان، وجمعية القضاة الإداريين، والهيئة العامة لنقابات المحامين اليونانية، بالإضافة إلى مفوض حقوق الإنسان بمجلس أوروبا، والمفوض السامي للأمم المتحدة لشئون اللاجئين.

وتطالب المنظمات الموقعة الحكومة اليونانية بسحب فوري لهذا التشريع غير القانوني. وفي الوقت نفسه، تدعو المفوضية الأوروبية إلى اتخاذ تدابير عاجلة لإنفاذ قانون الاتحاد الأوروبي وتصحيح هذا الانتهاك على الفور، وذلك بموجب مسئولياتها القانونية.
